The first passenger plane to depart Brussels Zaventem airport since the March 22 attack took off at 13:40 local time on Sunday following a ceremony.
The plane, which departed for Faro in Portugal, will be followed by two additional aircraft on Sunday as the airport slowly increases its activity over the next few weeks.
