Manhã do dia 15/9/2015 na zona da Picota na serra de Monchique no Algarve.Again this was just our 2nd run down this DH Foia trail as we were visiting this place on a tight schedule.This area of the Picota at Monchique Hill was just as beautiful as all the other breathtaking views can be seen either way that you look,being the main view the one in the direction of the coast which on that day was shrouded in fog.The Foia trail is another physically demanding trail with more technical sections than speed sections.The terrain and the vegetation have big similarities with the ones that can be found in Sintra...After the end of the trail in the video,there's still a small downhill section which I didn't filmed because I forgot to turn my GoPro on.That section leads to a downtown trail that winds all the way down between the village's upper slope houses till the centre the village.I filmed it but thought of not editing it with the movie since I turned my camera already passed the begining of the route...
