This property consists of 3 contiguous parcels of rural land which offer lots of possibilities. The majority of the property is made up of hilly land and covered with native vegetation such as cork trees, strawberry trees, pine, olive trees and a few fruit trees.

Lots of wildlife make this land their home, including wild boars, hares, partridges and many more. Future owners can opt for setting up a several country houses, a natural reserve, a rural tourism project, a self-sustainable community or a hunting reserve.

The property also receives government payments and these could be increased if the future owners decide to raise livestock.

Located on the lower parts of the property are several flat areas which allow for agriculture or grazing; the southern tip of the property is close to a small creek and a wate tank and an old water wheel/well. Two small reservoirs/lakes are located further north.

A total of 5 separate buildings (around 600m2 of total registered area) are part of the sale, all of them in need of reconstruction/renovation in varying degrees. The construction material is mainly traditional taipa(rammed earth) but also brick and mortar. Public electric grid nearby. For sanitation, water pipes and septic tanks would have to be installed.
