kneading dough,

A combination off sourdough and yeast dough

Recipe

150 gram White flour
150 gram whole wheat flour
100 gram supermarket bread mix (any kind)
200 gram sourdough
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
6 gram salt

Aftershave kneading the dough for 15 minutes, put it in a bowl and Let it double in size.

Form the dough in a bal and repeat the process.

Form in a roll and bake after it is double the size
