It’s opposite the Bullring in Albuferia, so 5 mins from the strip and 5 mins from St Eulália, and obviously the new Aldi the will be finished in August this year.
It has a washing machine and dishwasher in there, we also put in a walk in shower so it’s easier for “older” people who cannot get in and out of a bath. It’s on the 3rd floor so a good View and has a lift. Also private parking space in the garage in a secure condo.
