So here is some little information about River walk.
The River Walk is open daily 24/7. Businesses are open, however, due to possible limited staffing, please contact individual business for current hours of operation. Masks are not required on the River Walk but are highly recommended for everyone’s safety. Individual businesses have their own mask requirements and will enforce them.
