When in Lisbon you have to make time in your plans to visit the wonderful town of Sintra with it's grand castle and Royal Palace. Sintra is easy to get to by local train and it is well worth the visit. Spend the day exploring the narrow streets of old town Sintra where there are always lots of things going on. Our favorite part of the visit was our tour around the magnificent Royal Place of Sintra. Watch the video to see exactly why we rave about this place.
